ArrowXL has been chosen by IT distributor Ikonic to handle the delivery of 1,000 television screens to customer households every month.

The two-person delivery firm said it was picked as the company’s partner after demonstrating attention to detail and a strong customer service ethos.

Ikonic’s customers can choose the date and time of their delivery and a tracking app gives them visibility to track their order in real time.

ArrowXL drivers will also bring the television into the customer’s room of choice, unpack and remove packaging.

Richard Feingold, Ikonic head of e-commerce, said: “We were having some issues with our previous delivery partner, mainly due to the consistent high value of damages each month.

“Some of our 65-inch television screens are extremely expensive pieces of kit and we needed a delivery partner who would be able to deliver a competent and consistent service.”
